One of the elements of the game that we pride ourselves on is tackling. With his MMA background and the drills he ran, Dom was able to teach the players about body position and momentum. We always tackled better after a refresher from Dom

We had Dom come to our office and provide our Property Management
team self defence classes. His prompt, effective and educational training
was greatly received and the benefits are immeasurable. Dom delivers his
training with empathy but is thorough and extremely knowledgeable and has
been of great benefit to our team, we highly recommend him & the team is
looking forward to the refresher in coming months.

"I would have never imagined that 4 years ago, Lachlan and Charlotte would of come so far. The progress has been amazing. I have noticed a huge improvement in self awareness, dedication and skills which only continue to grow each month. Both children look forward to their lessons each week and they always finish their training sessions with a feeling of achievement.
